No one is immune to the experience of each other's pain and suffering. Clear yourselves more to clear the incredible backlog of unresolved pain and excess suffering. The world is reflecting our unresolved issues and will clear for us, however this is quite different than when we are proactive about this. Your bold, rash behaviors are boiling the waters of hate. Instead, exercise more and envision the breakdown of hatred while physically moving. Sweat out the toxins of frustration. If you feel weighed down, participate in fire ceremonies, bathing in water in the sun, give more. Do what you can to clear. You will feel lighter. Be joyful in doing it, knowing you are contributing positively to the healing of the planet."
