For years, I searched everywhere for something deeper.
Everywhere I looked, I found the same surface-level teachings:

🔴 Root Chakra = red, grounding.
🟠 Sacral Chakra = orange, creativity.
🟡 Solar Plexus = yellow, confidence.

Maybe a list of foods, or a meditation, or some yoga poses. But nothing that really changed me. Nothing that gave me the experience of my chakras as living, breathing, sacred centers of power.
