Each month, we gather virtually to create a sacred container where one member receives the group's focused, loving intention—while everyone experiences the "mirror effect" of profound healing simply by giving.

How It Works
A simple yet profound process for collective healing
Gather & Ground
We open each session by settling into sacred space together, connecting our hearts and establishing the intention container.
Focus & Send
One member shares their healing intention. The group holds focused, loving attention on their highest good for approximately 10 minutes.
Receive & Integrate
We close with sharing, witnessing the profound shifts that occur for both receivers and senders through the mirror effect.
