Before You Begin

Take a moment to bring to mind something that still feels tender, unfinished, or activated inside you.

It might be:

  • a situation you can't shake
  • a conversation replaying in your mind
  • an emotion you wish wasn't still there
  • a disappointment, betrayal, or moment you still tighten around
  • or something you thought you were "over," but your body isn't

There's no need to name it perfectly — just feel for the thing that still carries charge.

You don't have to fix it or make sense of it.
Just acknowledge: "This is still here."
And let that be enough.

As you move through the meditation, you're not forcing forgiveness or pretending you're okay. You're simply giving your body and your heart a safe pathway to soften — so the energy that's been looping can finally begin to move.

Preparation

How to Prepare

Creating sacred space begins with simple, intentional actions.

Use headphones or earbuds — you'll hear gentle left/right audio that helps the body settle into the experience.
Find a position where your body feels supported — sitting, lying down, or gently reclined. Your comfort allows your body to settle.
Silence notifications — give yourself permission to be unreachable for this brief window.
Tell yourself: "I don't have to do this perfectly." There is no right way to experience this ritual.
Optional: Place one hand on your heart or belly as an anchor — a gentle reminder that you are held.

Whatever arises is exactly what needs to be witnessed. Trust your experience.
